How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Momentsdecember Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a concern and what you can expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Momentsdecember Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work at your home, begin by raising it directly with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Momentsdecember Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or act for a provider.

Sending Us Your Complaint

Email contact@momentsdecember.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A brief account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write to Us

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help when a provider is licensed.
