Site Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use momentsdecember.property. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Referrals Only

Momentsdecember Concrete provides referral and marketing services and nothing more. We link homeowners with independent local concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp or seal concrete, and we do no construction work of any kind. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, never by Momentsdecember Concrete.

A Connection Is Not an Endorsement

Introducing you to a provider does not mean we back that provider. We make no promises about the quality, timing, price or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance and conduct.

Information Is General

What you read here is general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Soil, slope, weather and local rules change from one property to the next, so talk with a qualified provider about your own project.

About Costs

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, the location, the materials, the site conditions and the design. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work is scheduled.

Permits, HOAs and Codes

Anything we say about permits, HOA rules or building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA and your provider.

Staying Safe

Concrete work can involve heavy equipment, digging and materials that irritate skin and eyes. Keep children and pets away from active work areas and from fresh concrete. If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How Momentsdecember Concrete Gets Paid

Contractors or marketing partners may pay Momentsdecember Concrete when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives more detail.

Accuracy of Content

We work to keep this site accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that every detail is complete or correct.
